Terms & Conditions
Weekends & Bank Holidays Minimum of 2 nights stay (1st April to 31st October)
Deposit A deposit of £25 per room per night is required at time of booking. (£35 per night for Sail Loft when booked with Beach Hut) NB. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Pets Sorry no pets
Children At proprietors' discretion, but normally no children under 10
Arrival & Departure Arrival from 4.00pm and departure by 10.30am
Cancellation If cancellation is made over 30 days prior to booked date/s the deposit will cover the cancellation. Cancellations later than this will incur an additional fee equal to the balance of the total cost of the stay if no replacement booking is taken. NB. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made and accepting accommodation by telephone, email or in writing constitutes a legally binding contract between themselves and Pebbles.
No smoking Pebbles is an entirely non smoking establishment.

Why not treat someone you know to the Pebbles experience? Maybe you have already enjoyed a stay at Pebbles or you would just like a friend or family member to have the ‘Pebbles Experience.’ One way to help them achieve this is by giving them a Pebbles Gift Voucher. These can be either for any number of nights or of a value chosen by you. There is room on the voucher for you to write your own message.
