Terms & Conditions
Length of stay Please note that we only accept one night bookings from November to February, unless a one night gap is created by longer bookings or a one night availability occurs within one week of the date required. Deposit A deposit of £25 per room per night is required at time of booking. (£35 per night for Sail Loft when booked with Beach Hut) NB. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is received. Pets Sorry no pets Children At proprietors' discretion, but normally no children under 10 Arrival & Departure Check in from 4.00pm and departure by 10.30am
Cancellation Terms If cancellation of a confirmed booking is made over 30 days prior to the booked date/s any deposit already paid will be retained unless the room/s are relet, in which case the deposit less a £10 administration fee will be refunded. Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the booked date/s will incur a charge equal to the balance of the total cost of the booked period if no replacement booking is received. If the room/s are relet for these date/s any deposit already paid, less a £10 administration charge, will be refunded.
NB. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made for accommodation verbally, by telephone, email or in writing constitutes a legally binding contract. Please note.Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unexpected need for cancellation. This should cost only a few pounds.
